Slitting Process │ 생산 공정

The processing line of bimetal are consist with three steps of production :

slitting process, leveling and pressing process.

1. The Slitting process

The coil of bimetal(thickness : 0.1mm and width 10-100mm) are being continuously slitting by the round type knife to meet with various kinds of requirement from our customers.

Our factory are equipped with the specially designed slitting machine by which we can slit coil under 2mm width.

2. The  Leveling process

To eliminate any possible deforming of finished products and processing stress which may caused on the production process of coil and products, we are taking the leveling process at all time.

3. The Pressing process
All of our products are being processed by the means of press process to meet the various kind of design presented by our customers.

1. SLT (Slitting) 공정
광폭 (두께 : 0.1mm 폭 : 10~100mm)의 원자재 Coil을 원통 Knife를 이용하여 연속 작업으로 제품 규격에 맞추어 여러가닥의 소재로 절단하는 공정, 특히 당사에서는 2mm이하의 소폭 슬리팅 전용기가 갖추어져 있습니다.

2. LEV (Leveling) 공정

원자재 또는 제품 가공시 발생된 형상 변형 및 가공 Stress(응력)를 해소시키고 평탄 작업하는 공정.

3. Press 공정

원자재를 금형(Mould)에 통과시켜 소비자가 원하는 형상으로 성형 가공하는 공정.
